So sorry you can't find your welcome email! It should have arrived from summit@drmariza.com with one of these subject lines:

Try running a search in your email account for this message, and check the junk, spam, or trash folders as well.
Most of our emails should be coming from summit@drmariza.com, so make sure you whitelist that address to ensure you receive all your emails.
If you still can't find it, visit our login page (members.drmariza.com) and use the "forgot password?" button to reset your password, using the email address you used to purchase.
